Out of Hand International Festival is an online collective focusing on
the current mobile design and technology landscape founded as a
partnership between the School of Visual Arts and Giraldi Media. The
site creates a platform for innovative digital content created by
students and intended for playback on mobile phones and other handheld
devices. OOH invites aspiring artists, designers, filmmakers, and all
creative thinkers worldwide to join the collective to share and win
prizes.
